It’s Her Gym has been a part of the Bendigo fitness culture for over 12 years. Our members’ individuality and health/fitness are our number 1 priority.

We don’t have the usual distractions (mirrors and men!) that other mainstream gyms have so you can concentrate on the job that needs to be done.

We love that our members feel a sense of “ownership” of It’s Her Gym…that it’s THEIR gym.

Sixty-five per cent of Bendigonians use “lack of time” as a reason for not exercising. So forget traditional classes (where if you’re late or it’s full, you miss out) and forget traditional programs where you might have to wait for equipment.

We run our Interval Training Sessions ALL DAY. You can come in anytime you like and a trainer will be delivering the daily session.

Forty minutes, and you’re out the door.

The signage on the front window says it all. Through our fully supervised and structured training sessions, sustainable and results -driven nutrition coaching as well as regular monitoring sessions, we’ll stay on top of things with you – every step of the way.

Workouts designed by WOMEN for WOMEN

 

Constant change is what will keep you motivated and your fitness/ weightloss on the improve.

Our daily sessions are designed by our own professional trainers. Over the course of the training week, we’ll have strength, speed, agility and endurance sessions in our timetable. 

Often, there will be two separate streams running so you can “pick your poison” when you arrive at the gym.  We change our timetable every six to eight weeks and no two sessions are ever the same.
