Worn out runners can lead to shin splints, knee pain, muscle soreness and incorrect gait.
Did you know that if you're walking/running around 40 - 60kms a week (and a lot of members do!) that you should be replacing your runners every three to five months? Before you say "I don't run or walk" well, if you do our cardio workouts in the gym, you run/walk/jump etc.
Worn out tread isn't the only indication of use...it's the compression of the sole cushioning from frequent use that is important.
Invest in yourself, your frame and your fitness. Your body will thank you for it.
