Humour me okay?
When I’m talking to people about taking up a new fitness or health regime, it’s amazing the amount of key decision points are shared by brides searching for their dream dress!

Let’s start with that friend who you will take with you to start looking at boutiques (gyms). She’s probably had personal experience with various boutiques or knows of someone who has. You’ll be lead by word of mouth or perhaps you’ve done internet investigation of your own. Perhaps you’ve seen some pics on line of someone else’s wedding (body transformation story) and you feel you have similar taste (life situation).
You’ll visit the boutiques (gyms) suggested and try on a few (free workouts) dresses (programs) and you’ll make up your mind depending on how much you love the dress and the impact it’s going to make on your big day (LIFE!). Of course, the retail person (trainer) who’s working with you on your choice knows exactly what suits your body type and has taken into account all of your body’s positives.
Then there’s that moment that every bride experiences…that moment when they put on THAT dress. You just know it’s the right one. You’ll work out how to budget (membership) for it because it’s THE DRESS that is going to be just perfect for your BIG DAY (life).
Think this is a little far-fetched? I don’t. Choosing a gym or fitness program SHOULD be as important as choosing a wedding dress yet so many people just choose on price, trendy techno-equipment, or inappropriate peer group pressure.
You wouldn’t choose a dress just because it was cheap or because someone else said it looks okay on you. Choose your “dress” because it makes you feel comfortable, confident and committed. And do your research well. Your Big Day (Life) is something you have to cherish forever.
