I lost 45+ kgs in my 40's and now I'm fighting the slow weight gain of menopause...along with the mood swings, lack of energy etc.
As I've aged, I've changed how I exercise and how I eat. A bitter pill to swallow? Yes but one that can't be avoided.
This is the best time of our lives and we owe it to ourselves and our families to be the fittest we can be. We've worked hard raising families and supporting husbands, working full time etc and as we head into our retirement years, we want to be able to enjoy our lives. Getting old is a state of mind.
