For a fraction of the cost of one on one sessions with a Personal Trainer, we run small group training all day, everyday under the guidance of qualified PT's. Your training week is designed to provide all the key elements of a successful fitness program : strength, cardio, agility, endurance and core strength.
Whether you're a "gym junkie", or just starting out, our trainers keep a close eye on you and your progress. We have everyone from marathon runners, to footballers, to "over 60's (70's and 80's!)" training in our space. There's something for everyone and we make sure you're doing the right mix of work to reach your goals.
